Conference Fee: *$290

Students, interns, and residents: *$150

(Proof of student/intern/resident status required. Please fax documentation to Terri Castillo, 718.476.0766)

Groups, minimum of 5 people (no exceptions): *$250/person.

*Cancellation Policy: Through January 28, 2010, requests for refunds will be honored, minus a $45 processing fee ($25 fee for students). No refunds after January 28, 2010.

Saturday Evening Cocktail Party: $45

Walking Directions to Faculty House
The Faculty House is at 64 Morningside Drive, one block north of 116th Street. From Amsterdam Avenue at 116th Street walk east toward Morningside Drive, turn left on Morningside and Faculty House will be on your left.

Subway Directions
Take the #1 Broadway-7th Avenue Local subway to 116th-Broadway stop and exit. Enter Columbia University campus through the gates at 116th Street and Broadway (east side of street). Walk east on 116th Street all the way across campus to Amsterdam Avenue. Cross Amsterdam and continue walking east on 116th Street, and follow directions above ( "Walking Directions to Faculty House.") 

Parking
We are told there is a very good early morning weekend street parking along Morningside Drive as well as all cross streets around 116th Street. NEVERTHELESS, READ PARKING SIGNS CAREFULLY.
